We want this program to be fair, transparent, and rewarding for everyone who participates in good faith.
The referred person must be a brand-new Dempsi account holder who has never previously registered or used the platform under any name or email address.
The referred director must collect $2,000 in gross donations (total donations received, before any fees) within 12 months of their registration date.
Your name must appear in the "Where did you hear about us?" field, or your referral URL must be used, at the time of registration. Referrals cannot be added retroactively.
You can refer as many directors as you like. Each qualifying referral earns you $500 with no cap on total earnings from the program.
You cannot refer yourself. Registering a second account under a different name, email address, or identity in order to earn a referral bonus is strictly prohibited.
Director A refers Director B, and Director B refers Director A — both collecting $500 — is not permitted. Referral arrangements designed to manufacture mutual payouts will be disqualified.
Referring a spouse, family member, business partner, or any person with whom you share financial interests does not qualify. The referral must be a genuinely independent director.
Existing Dempsi directors who close and re-open accounts, or register under new identities, to appear as a new referred user will be disqualified and may lose platform access.
Running fake, inflated, or colluded contests specifically to reach the $2,000 threshold — rather than through genuine public donations — will disqualify the referral and may result in account termination.
If a director registers without crediting you — and later claims you referred them — we cannot honor that referral. The credit must be captured at the time of registration.
